Optimize For Fall Season

Fall Season is here and as we move into the cooler months, I wanted to send out a quick reminder allow yourself to rest and also spend time outdoors daily to calibrate your body and mind to the changing season. A brief 5 minute walk outside, even beneath an overcast sky will help elevate our mood and help with our wake/sleep cycle.
