One of my favorite Fall treats is the pumpkin spice latte. Unfortunately the ones offered at coffee shops are loaded with artificial flavors and sugar. Here a recipe created by Real Mushrooms featuring Turkey Tail mushroom extract for immune support. Its delicious, creamy and easy to adapt to dietary preferences. I prefer to use 1/2 hemp milk and 1/2 macadamia milk. It’s easy to make these plant milks at home as needed. I also like to sprinkle extra cinnamon on top.
